Is each company's data isolated?
Yes. Every HubSpot portal has its own data partition. Your signals, scores, and rep data are never shared with or visible to any other Colmena customer. Each company's Hive Score is built exclusively from their own team's signals.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
Your data remains in your Colmena account for 30 days after cancellation so you can export it. After 30 days it is permanently deleted. We don't hold your data hostage.
What if my HubSpot deals don't have industry data?
Colmena automatically pulls industry from the Company associated with each Deal in HubSpot. If you see "unknown" in your heatmap, it means the Company record doesn't have the Industry field filled in. Adding it once fixes all future signals.
